Do not fear for the evil which has already happened to you – focus on the good you can do in your life.
Do not suffer for the harm that can be done to you – think of everything good that you can do in the life of others.
Ignore all the temptations that have already led you to fall into the dark corners of error, some, regrettable – concentrate on the superhuman Power which lifts those who wholeheartedly surrender to It, at the service of one’s own improvement and the improvement of the community one is part.
Whatever your problem is, dear friend, do not surrender to sorrow, discouragement and much less to despair. There is always a way out and quite visible and accessible to you, or else the Divine Providence would not have allowed the episode to happen. Every bitter experience can and must be transmuted – since this is its fundamental purpose – into stimuli to your personal growth.
Disappointment and fear are unworthy states, as choices of mental pattern: they are mere exhortations to change what is inadequate, and to persevere in what is essential. This way, the power will be yours. Not because you fight the evil – which would strengthen it instead of destroying it (as depth psychology states: we become what we abominate) —, but because you will be using these potentials, channeling them to the good, which gives you the power above the simplistic and primary polarizations of Manichaeism, which torments so much the little matured psyches.
Be happy, convert darkness into an invitation to turn on the Light. And, no matter what happens, get over everything and move on ever more confident, conscious that you will have learned to transform each apparently threatening situation of the evolutive path into challenges toward progressive and continuous developments of the soul.

Fear constitutes a system of defense present in animals and in human beings, acquiring more complex features in the human sphere of evolution. It is in this level of cognitive processing that phobias, night terror, panic syndrome, hopelessness toward oneself and other people, complete pessimism, cynicism and nihilism in relation to life arise…
Originally, fear is a useful tool for the protection of physical soundness and the promotion of prudence and ponderation, removing the individual from intemperance and presumptuousness.
When degraded, however, by diverse perceptive disturbances, whether or not fostered by external factors, fear conforms one of the most dangerous and common triggers for mental connection with disturbing planes of consciousness and their malevolent agents, resulting in inevitable and multifaceted disasters, not only in the very existence of the incautious person who inadvertently falls in its Dantean meshes, but also in the lives of those around them…
Learn, beloved child, to interpret the waves of dread and even subtle apprehensions as sources of information. They can both derive from dark schemes of the outer world, including the extraphysical domain, as they can sprout from mere psychological vitiation, either of yours or of those who, living with you or not, attune with your standard of conscience.
On the other hand, the “darts” of fear and the continuous frequencies of apprehension usually constitute calls to attention and to responsibility, indirect warnings of healthy and constructive vectors of the unconscious part of your psyche, or even alerts originated (by the universal route of inspiration) from tutelary numina of your heart – the angels, the holy souls, the luminous spirits or whatever else you want to call them.
In any case, however, working as chaos-inducing waves or magnetic promoters of transcendence, fear is always instrument of the Divine Wisdom, suggesting evolutionary enigmas to you, calling you to accurate observation (in intellectual terms), to vigilance (in the field of the feelings) and to fraternity (in all areas of your life).
Remember, as often as possible, of the maxim of the Christ Verb of Truth: “Watch and pray that you do not fall into temptation”.

I do not mind any kind of contestation of the legitimacy of the Authorship of the messages that I receive from Mary Christ through the Spirit Eugênia-Aspásia. It is natural that this occurs, and it does not make the slightest difference to the essence of the celestial gift. There are phenomena that corroborate the Sublime Origin of these weekly epistles. And such extraordinary occurrences cannot be forged by anyone on the physical plane of existence. By their magnitude, these prodigies can only come from the Divine Will, which unequivocally confirms the authenticity of this sacred correspondence. I am completely human, just like any other person. But, by duty of conscience, I need to publicly reveal the Source from which the sublime letters, of which I am a mere vehicle, the last link in a chain of mediumistic intermediation, originate.

Whenever we are bound to the expiatory course of an illness, let us engage in a serious conversation with the deeper layers of our consciousness, while we are going through the convalescence, so that we may assimilate all the educational lessons-purposes implied in the organic suffering, and so, we do not need to attract the evolutionary function in the form of more serious sufferings in the future.

Our Greatest Mother appeared to us with a distinctly melancholic countenance and said as if She was whispering to our souls:
“Bring me the pains of the world, so that I can alleviate them.
Take to the people of the Earth my Message of hope.
Reanimate the fallen ones, so that they proceed with the fulfillment of their duties.
Remind everyone of Jesus’ Promise: that He would be with His sincere disciples “till the end of time”.
Reinforce the need for the spirit of combat in favor of the good, of the human and spiritual ideal.
There are no meanders in the chapter of the essential: there are often difficult choices for the good and dangerous slackness toward evil.
Although simplistic Manichaeisms are evidently erroneous, in practical situations of life, the light of the conscience always signals, for those who truly want to see it, what is the fairer way to follow, among the multiple possibilities and/or combinations of possibilities of decisions to make.
Once again, let the Voice of Truth, which unequivocally stated the fundamental priority for every sentient creature: ‘Seek first the Kingdom of God and His-Her Justice, and all other things will be added unto you’, reverberate.”
