I am with you and I assist you, in the Name of the Supreme Being.
In a deeper plane of Reality, it is impossible for me not to be with you or not to assist you. The only obstacle, albeit inviolable, by an irrevocable Universal Law of respect for individual freedom, are your conscious or unconscious choices.
I have two suggestions to favor your mystical union not only with me, but with the Saint Spirits of God.
1) Practice the authentic search for the peace brought by detachment, devotion, surrender and unrestricted trust in the Perfect Providence.
2) Follow the Divine Flow of inspiration to initiatives that behoove you, according to the guidance of your conscience and your intuitions, continually assessing where your duty of fraternity and service to the common good lies, regardless of how many people you reach.
If you heed these two general rules and apply them with discipline in your daily life, you will greatly ease my intercession in your favor, like windows that open up in a dark room allowing the Sunlight to enter.

Do not fear the mistakes of the past or the uncertainties of the future. Focus your attention on the present, aligning yourself, as much as is feasible for you with the sense of duty to fulfill, of profound realization of your existential purpose, of surrender to the feeling and/or the search for a state of bliss, of peace and enthusiasm for the mystical union with the spirits dedicated to the practice of good in favor of all living creatures, starting with the brothers and sisters in humanity and, among these, those who are in the category of closest to you, those within your more direct range of individual influence and responsibility.
Do this, and do it every day as a daily pattern, converting it into a new way of behaving in any circumstance and area of your life… and the mists of boredom will dissipate, and the torment of lack of motivation will fade away, and the joy of living, even if amid the natural vicissitudes of the human condition, will gradually and ever more profoundly and solidly, become your way of being and living in the world… because you will no longer belong to it…1

Perhaps you associate every expression of faith with the psychological primitivism of those who rely on popular beliefs, cheap superstitions or anachronistic fanaticism.
Be assured, however, that between true faith and vulgar religiosity, there is a distance as abyssal as that between savage drumming and the beauty of a great symphony.
If you value reason and logic, cold reasoning and critical thinking, that is great! Keep it up: you will be more lucid and less likely to make serious mistakes.
However, do not imagine that in order to be mature, intelligent and wise, at levels of excellence, you can disregard the exercise of your own spirituality, because it constitutes the crowning of the most advanced perceptions of the human being.
Spiritual convictions are the result of a complex construction of the magnificent power of abstraction of the most developed minds, capable of seeing what underlies appearances and concluding beyond the most obvious premises.
Think of God and your brain will work better. Create a relationship with the Supreme Being and your chances of reaching plenitude will increase a hundredfold. Ignore the Spirit, and you will be doomed to unhappiness…

Are you afraid of being unhappy? Then invest in your happiness now. Do something your heart asks of you, something as simple as going to the park after work or reading your child a story until they fall asleep.
Do not put off moments of peace and bliss because they contain soul and life…
Unhappy are those who get used to ignoring the calls of their own conscience and, over time, robotizing themselves in the routine, becoming mere cogs in the mechanisms of everyday life.

If you really are at the limit of your strength, God knows that too.
So relax and move on, doing what your conscience and good sense tell you is indispensable.
Trust in the Infinite Goodness of the Creator, remaining active in the duties and responsibilities that behoove you, and the Divine Providence will resolve everything, in time, in a much better way than you now imagine.
