Functional leadership

Functional leadership

Functional leadership

The authentic, mature and efficient leader focuses on being functional and pragmatic, and not on exercising power. Thus, his/her methods of action are geared toward the end results, and based as much as possible in a hierarchy that is structured in the coordination of individuals and teams, not in anyone’s subordination.

Only this way, the flows of information and arrangements of cooperation can be manifested spontaneously, constantly and solidly, benefiting the entire group as well as each member of the team or organization under the guidance and responsibility of this true leader.

The need for unity

Need for unity

The need for unity

A greater unity among Spiritualists, among Catholics, and among all other Christian denominations is necessary… The topic, however, is much broader, more serious, and profound, my friend.

Our Lord Jesus, from the height of the Cross, beseeched the Supreme Being: “Father, may we all be one.” The unity we need far transcends the narrow confines of the religious denominations. Humanity needs to unite as a whole, beyond the borders of creed, nationality, language, race, sexuality, and professional or social class, or in any other item of definition we create to separate ourselves from one another, in our everlasting moral insanity.

Whilst we look at each other with suspicion, with the crazy pretension of being superior or (delusion of delusions) God’s favorites, evil forces will be inspiring us, and we will be far from being in tune with the true Consciousness Level of the Christ of God, who asked us to love one another, including our enemies.

We have to wake up, while we can from our childish, perverse and genocidal dream of judging (in the unconscious level for some) that God has favorites and condemns individuals He-She created to perpetual and immeasurable suffering. Let us not perpetrate the sacrilegious error, so historically repeated, of basing ourselves on passages from the bible or other holy scriptures to endorse our psychopathic and unconfessed wickedness. These ancient and complex literary pieces of the religious traditions lend themselves to all kinds of interpretation. It is up to each reader to give the due respect to what is Sacred when seeking to understand the Everlasting words, the Spirit behind the letter, the subliminal aspects of these records, so archaic and many times translated, to avoid making ourselves blasphemous, projecting our human disturbances in messages of Celestial Origin.

How to keep up motivation?

How to keep up motivation

How to keep up motivation?

Do not spend your energy in emotional flamethrowers that burn down everything, leaving behind only ashes and, often, blazing regrets. . .

Choose to invest the fiery forces of your motivation in the slow simmering that allows the cooking, in due time, of the most precious substances of your existence: love, learning, personal fulfillment, happiness and the deep, refined and lasting joys that nurture the soul, instead of destroying the enthusiasm and joy of living.

Wisdom and intuition

Wisdom and Intuition

Wisdom and intuition

Wisdom is the feeling that thinks. Intuition is the thought that feels.

Wisdom rarely makes mistakes, when based on authentic feelings; that is, when it is based on noble values, humanitarian ideals, spiritual principles, and not on common emotions naturally full of prejudices and cultural conditioning.

On the other hand, the pure and simple intuition—which consists of a complex way of thinking that is not rational (“a thought that feels,” as we said)—can far more easily fumble because the processes of thinking are structured on premises of interpretation of reality, on limitations, and on instruments of perception.

The wisdom, rooted in the deep elements of the psyche, has a more prominent character of timelessness in the conclusions it surmises. Whereas the intuition, as a more immediate way of dealing with situations and people, is more contextualized in the “historical-cultural” circumstances of the individuals that more strongly have it.

The Sword of Truth.

Message of Holy Mary

It is famous the Christic maxim: “Then you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free” (John, 8:32), – free from the bondage of fear, of prejudice, of vicious doubts. Free from all kinds of emotional, intellectual or even religious captivity, in the diabolic extremisms and dogmatisms that asphyxiate and degenerate the legitimate Spirituality. In short, we could translate the Sayings of the Great Master into more modern concepts: “You will know the Truth, and the Truth will make you happy.” Thus, the crux of our reflection becomes the meaning of Truth.

JESUS asserted: “I did not come to bring peace, but a sword” (Matthew, 10:34). The sword is one of the strongest symbols in reference to the tongue – the firm, straightforward and sharp Voice of Truth, which, above all, does not submit to please others nor bends to the interests or illusions of any group or institution, no matter how powerful they may be. The clearest expression of this implicit meaning of the sword as the Voice of God to the Earth is a sharp sword coming out of the Christ’s mouth, according to the vision attributed to John, the Evangelist, in the Book of Revelation (Revelation, 19:15).

The Redeemer came to bring the conflict that matures, the division of families, and communities for the evolutionary selection according to the attunement of one’s values, interests and level of spirituality. That is why, He also asserted that, when He arrived in a house, He would put three against two and two against three (Luke, 12:52).

Do not take tenderness and sweetness for genuine signs of kindness nor complex of victim for innocence.  The Spirit of Truth, in His Gospels, warned relentlessly and vehemently that these psychological patterns often portray hypocrisy and disguised evil.

The Purity of heart and the genuine alignment with the Sublime Domain of Consciousness necessarily pass through the filters of the Divine Light of the Supreme Word (which strikes pride) and are subsequently tested (and confirmed) by the Mystic Sword that hurts the ego and its pretensions of superiority, virtue or sanctity.

Here lies the great human drama in this essential field of Life and of the Soul, exponentially maximized in the current Information Era: to mistake, very easily, the voice of the conscience for cultural, family, academic, professional,  religious hypnoses…

How, then, in a civilization filled with so much relativism, contradiction and cynicism, does one find the voices that represent this Sublime Voice? JESUS revealed a clear indicator: His authentic disciples would be recognized by unmistakable Signs from Heaven.  Paraphrasing the Christ once again, we leave a serious alert-invitation to the ones receiving our message: “Those who have eyes to see and ears to hear let them see and hear… “(Matthew, 13:9, 13:17).
