Be friendly with someone next door.

Forgive the error of the unwary friend.

Study some more, read, pray, smile…

It’s always time to invest in happiness. If you’re down, there’s no better time, because you’re planting the seeds of your own happiness, to be harvested in fruits of joy later on.

If you remain faithful to the spirit of balance, optimism and idealism, when everything seems to be going wrong, imagine what torrents of bliss will visit your soul soon!..

Where you notice your heart hovering, stuck, see if you can find peace too. In the point of your pain, your lesson, clotted, waits for your decision to properly unveil it and assimilate it.

Review your past and ponder: what needs to be done now, so you give way to the future? What, at present, remains to be done, so that things happen the best way?

Today, in the turmoil of your suffering, the Christ writhes and tells you: “Hold steady, my son: the suffering that visits you is a sign from Eternity that reaches you. Learn, learn.”

You believe to find a medieval thought in this suggestion, but you can understand it as an invitation to happiness, to progress, since growth and achievement are only possible through confronting and overcoming the conflict (Psychology), through the realization of the objective, the practical and the settling in a given situation (Business Administration), through pondering, evaluating and comparing all elements, so you reach good conclusions (Chemistry and Physics). Escaping from the problem has never been the solution.

So, finding yourself surrounded by a difficult situation, ponder and go on. The evil forces may set up barricades around you. However, there is nothing greater than the Divine Light’s resolving power and protection, which closely follows you, when you put your heart on His/Her lap, everyday.

So, dear friend, stay calm when you see dark clouds over you. Remember what the Master said: “Only wolves fall into wolf traps.”

If you find yourself in the battlefield for the victory of good, never think you are by yourself. No matter how abandoned you feel, you are followed, at a distance, by unnoticed angels, or, closely, by friendly souls that sustain your limping steps, so that you reach your objective of faith.

You long for the spectacular strength of the heroes; the phenomenal mediumship of great writing or healing mediums; the substantial charitable realizations of great missionaries of good; the impressive rhetoric of great speakers; the intellectual brightness of reincarnated geniuses.

Meanwhile, if you can go on doing a little every day, spreading fraternity and peace everywhere, providing sincere service to others, you are, dear friend, representing God wherever you are, even if no one sees your gesture of sacrifice, neither the idealistic effort of giving your best.

However, in facing this, dear friend: if God notices you, rewarding your good efforts, I frankly ask you: what else matters?

Dear embodied fellow:

You would really like to have the gift of hearing and seeing clearly the selfless Spiritual Guides. You miss your spiritual home in a way you can`t define and you would like, at least, to keep a close contact through extraordinary means with those who belong to your world. However, you notice your weak ability to hear them and your visual perceptions dull and limited exclusively to the physical world.

You cry, lonely, because you cannot go beyond your prayer and meditation in your painful moments. However, friendly arms hold you, offering you affection, help and assistance.

Do not despise the opportunity of being useful and acting on behalf of the good, despite your great loneliness. Remember that if you cannot directly perceive the Spiritual Guides, they exist nevertheless – just like the radio and TV waves in the air, around you, indifferent to your inability to notice their presence.

And lastly, remember that your merit is always greater when you interact with your disembodied friends only through intuition and inspiration, guided by the ideal of truly helping your neighbor. By doing that, you can count on Divine Providence, which will support your faltering steps.

When you find yourself overwhelmed with sadness, remember that not every day is a day of joy, although it does not mean it is not a day of learning that, in turn, brings higher levels of happiness.

So, when assuming you have no more alternatives, review your postulations of truth, question old values, reevaluate old paradigms, and, thus, ready yourself for the new possibilities tomorrow presents to you.

Do not lower the guard to despair, for any reason, because there are no reasons for what has none. Despair, quite the contrary, leads to all sort of mistake, and, thus, it is the only wrong way to the rehabilitation of those who allowed themselves to stray from the course.   

You may have seen yourself in the mystical mirror of profound self-knowledge and gotten scared of what you have seen. You may have found flaws in the character or personality of loved ones, and that might have really let you down.

Stand up, however, on your own feet, and moving on, absorb the lessons you find in your way, exactly in the creases of the mistakes you have made or of the pain you suffered interacting with your brothers in humanity.   

Keeping yourself busy, under the light of hope, while working for the general good

You will be in the best path for the total renovation of your soul, no matter the size of the problem that stuns you.

When you feel you are in debt with your consciousness;
When you realize that you are turning your mind away from the focus of your ideals;
When you assume you are worthless for the works of God;

Remember:

That others before you overtook the ascent of the spiritual mountain, with identical or worst difficulties than yours.
Look at the sky above and beyond you – everything on Earth passes but the Good and everything related to it, because it comes from God.
Today, you may be feeling unmotivated and without perspectives, surrounded by difficulties or strangled by diverse pressures. The day will come, however, that your heroic effort of persistence and love will be successfully crowned, and you’ll finally be happy and at peace.
