The movie “Legend of the Guardians”, despite its strong appeal to children, made a reference to an important conceptual overcoming of the fallacy – persistent and deep-rooted in our culture – that says Manichaeism is a complete and essential philosophical failure (as if evil did not exist in quite practical and tragic ways in the world), suggesting us to fight evil (attitude that, as History reveals so well, can reinforce it) by the correct psychological way (because the only effective one, as Jung teaches us), focusing on the fight for the good.
