They want to silence your voice, steal your hope, remove the Ideal from your devoted heart.

Continue, even so, spreading encouraging words, motivating initiatives, solidary actions, without letting yourself be intoxicated by the waves of discouragement that the forces contrary to the Light shoot toward you.

Everything passes, everything will pass. If you persist in good, nothing can defeat you, because Jesus will be with you. Remember what He Himself said: “But the one who endures to the end will be saved”².

See what you do now. Dedicate yourself to one task at a time, one minute at a time. Offer an extra smile or a gesture of tenderness. Send a direct electronic message, in which you show your attention and respect to someone. Share, on some social network on the internet, simple post or pages of spiritual content that serves to lift the spirits of the fallen, in this era of such anguished and widespread hopelessness.

Remember that the Lord is with those who do good deeds, however small, especially when the altruistic act is directed to the community, to strangers, to people who seem least worthy in the eyes of the world – in short: fraternal attitudes that do not seek any form of retribution.

“Each day has enough trouble of its own”³ – said the Christ-Word-of-Truth. Meet the demand of each day, an hour or a quarter of an hour, and deliver to Divine Providence the solution for what is beyond your control.

Apply yourself to the things of the Spirit, fulfilling your duties, however insignificant they may seem to you, and – keep yourself convinced of this – the Sun will rise again over the darkness of your paths.

Meanwhile…

You observe, downcast, the extension of the days and challenges that lie ahead after so many painful winters already endured in the past.

Your heart is cut to the bone by the cold wind from the lack of love of those who do not understand you and who stone your ideal, year after year…

It cuts deep into your soul all the blasts of ferocious hostility against the good you do, provoked by agents of the disaggregation and by the petty and subaltern interests of many…

Through the studying of your mental state, you will have clear clues as to what you should do for your happiness. There is always the moment when the obvious becomes more obvious and you realize that you always had the answers very close, for everything that you wanted, but you simply did not think of breaking up with the cultural, emotional and egoic programing that have prevented you to see your own path of happiness. 

Let go of every pretension, of every manifestation of supremacy, of superiority, of every desire to look better or greater than others, and, at the same time, keep the impulse of growth, progress and spiritual attainment, and you will reach the level of profound balance that we infer to exist, the true platform of happiness. In this subtle plateau dwells the point of the ideal harmony, so that your soul can express itself without tensions, without distortions, without torments, freely, purely, truly, fully. 

Do no longer yearn to live up to expectations; do no longer aim to fit into pre-established schemes. Listen to your deep conscience, not the super egoic ideal of hypocritical puritanism, but the supraconsciousness that suggests you peace and happiness, in fluxes, refluxes and interfluxes that are natural among the energies of the body, of the mind and of the Spirit… without anguishes, without artifices, without demands, without terror, but, paradoxically, with passion, with life, with soul… 

 Stop, here, your inner drama of demanding yourself to be what you are not and to do what does not correspond to your true vocation. Break away from the fallacies and the self-disrespect to which you have been programmed or have accepted along the time. Establish today, once and for all, the realm of personal Truth, of the Light that dwells within you, of the archetype of Totality, which already has all the answers and which only needs to be listened to with attention, felt and lived. 

 Flow and be … the rest will be.

Make your love as solid as a rock, as flexible as water, as vast as the sky and as deep as the ocean.

Do not impose limits or barriers onto what has no boundaries.

Every time you feel you are about to collapse, remember that there are new ways of nurturing love, be it in the anonymity of volunteer work, or in the tenderness of maternal love or in the warmth of a friendship.

Break the prejudices that bind you to the past, to outdated models, schemes and values, unsuitable to the complex, mutable, unpredictable modern realities. Everything advances. There are everlasting principles, such as integrity. How we express these in everyday life, however, varies according to people, culture, place and circumstances. It is the common sense, the lucidity and the maturity of every individual that gives them proper application.

If your heart asks you for something, do it. Not the impulse of desire or pleasure, which are not from the heart, but from the entrails. I speak of the soul’s enthusiasm for self-giving, for serving, and for overflowing onto the other, for the other. This is a sacred impulse, even if it does not come dressed up according to what social conventions proclaim as correct.

Jesus called the members of the Pharisee orthodox class hypocrites, for being more concerned with the appearances, with unrestricted and loyal obedience to rites, traditions, social rules and laws, but oblivious of the essential: their own heart and the wholeness of the soul of who does something for feeling sincerely compelled to it, and not to preserve customs. Do not want to be one of these who, as the Christ said, resemble whitewashed tombs: white on the outside but full of rot and plunder inside.

Love – sincerely, immeasurably and responsibly. And the rest shall indeed be added to you.

Meditate, dear fellow, in your moment of joy and renovation. It also constitutes a visit from Christ.

Often, the human being waits for moments of suffering and existential crisis to think of God and, then, the forces of Life, in His name, sends more suffering and castration so that he is reminded of the essential.

Do not ask for sorrows and misfortunes to come, for your ungratefulness, because they will come, in cascade, so that you are reminded of the Fundamental Love. Be, now, the man of faith, the ideal woman, the devoted heart, amidst abundance and joy. And, by doing so, you will be helping effectively the enhancement and consolidation of your pattern of happiness, attracting greater happiness.

At last, if you want to increase your happiness even more, spread, generously, your sane joy, with the highest number of people, benefiting them in every way at your reach, and the positive karma acquired this way will come back to you in more grace and blessings in your life.

That is what I ask of you; do it and you will guarantee progressive waves of more happiness e growth in every sense.

Get yourself a wide and a multifaceted range of activities, enough for you to rest dedicating yourself to different tasks for your own and other’s benefit. That way, you will not feel guilty about omission or open doors for negative actions.
Concerning the spiritual matter, then, follow such a variety of disciplines, so you can make sure you won’t fall over the precipices along the road of existence. Daily prayer and study of the Gospel, weekly attendance to spiritual meetings and practice of philanthropy, and an effort to improve yourself and help others always!

React, now, to the call of Life. Do not wait for the crisis, difficulty and struggle to crumple your soul and maculate the ideal, so that you firmly choose the essential.

Why wait for another life, if you can do something soon? Why wait for the enchanted prince or princess, the perfect friend or the idyllic boss, for the financial condition of abundance, for more harmonious family circumstances, to offer your best?

Do not make yourself too comfortable, or the Divine Providence will use drastic means to awaken you. An animal that does not walk spontaneously is whipped to move forward. If the powers of the universe impel all to infinite evolution, do the same on your own initiative, in order not to be compelled to it coercively.

Who does not seek grace by grace will have to deal with disgrace, who knows (?) being crushed by it…
