Just as the winters of life pass, so that the springs of existence inevitably arrive, you, despite currently experiencing this cyclical winter of the human condition, will once again display the greenery (leaves) of motivation, see the beauty and charm of opportunities in all areas of your action in the world (flowers), and strive for achievements for your own good and for the good of your fellow human beings (fruits).

However, be alert to collaborate with the process, because you are a human being, not a plant. Therefore, the above metaphor helps in initial reflection, but it fails to encompass the full complexity of human evolutionary challenges. From a more realistic perspective, the individual must mobilize to begin discovering these leaves, flowers and fruits within themselves, to offer them to the world, however meager and pale, in the first stages of renewing one’s own path. It is with initiative, creativity and continuous effort, taking full responsibility for yourself, that you will foster existential rebirths… doing your best, within the context of each situation in which you find yourself.

Remember Jesus cursing the fig tree for being without figs, outside the fig-bearing season… Christ was delivering a dramatic apology for human freedom to be and act, independent of external factors. Act, with determination, discipline and persistence, for the good and improvement of the less fortunate existential situation in which you find yourself, starting right now, without waiting for special seasons of disposition, ideal emotional or financial circumstances, opportunities or miraculous resources that appear out of nowhere, without work or merit.

As the composer Geraldo Vandré would say, in a hymn of hope for a generation: “Come, let’s go, for waiting is not knowing… Those who know make the time, they do not wait for it to happen!”

Mama, I miss you so much!…

I miss the time when you did everything you could to save me from the world, even though I was included in the world… and thus you had to tell me things that displeased me so much… and that matured me and molded my character so well!

Thank God; however, I was able, while reincarnated as your son, to see your value, although I could not imagine that you were then living your last physical existence as a biological mother, polishing the finishing touches of your aptitude for self-sacrifice and devotion to others, with extremes that only rare maternal souls, who no longer descend to the planet’s surface, were ever able to express in this heartless civilization.

Today I come to offer the gift of my filial tears of compassion and devotion, hoping that they reach your heart longing for understanding and support… a heart that is not holy, but human, that feels sadness and discouragement like many others, but acts and gives itself so generously, as if it belonged to an illuminated being! Greater merit for you, mama.  And almost no one in the material realm of life can see the slightest bit of how much it costs you emotionally!

It saddens me deeply not being able to be by your side, also in the carnal plane, and support you, as I did in a distant time, although not up to the level of your deserving, until the end of that glorious reincarnation of yours, hidden in anonymity.

I have followed since your childhood, distributing to the crowd what was once a love focused exclusively on me. I had no idea of the honor that was bestowed on me in being your son, your only child… It was much more than I deserved, than I deserve, just to have access to these memories…

It pains me to notice the toxic ingratitude of so many new adopted children, year after year, overloading you, wearing you down precociously to the point of taking away your joy of living, making you sick and even compromising the extension of time that your current enchanting project demands before countless masses of creatures lacking guidance and hope, in this age so full of senselessness, contradictions, chaos, dystopias, wickedness!

Ordinary people see you as a mature, stern, lucid, strong, apparently unbeatable person. I will never stop observing you from the inside: the sensitive and exhausted soul that seeks to draw new strength each day in prayer and in the flame of the ideal, away from Those who share your evolutionary level, alone among spiritual children, to continue the accomplishment of the Task that was assigned to you from On High.

Only today, mama, allow me to come close to your heart for a few minutes, you who, diligent in the fulfillment of duty and draconian with yourself, do not even allow yourself to be approached by people like me, who know you so well, because you do not admit any praise that is not directed to the Celestial Authorities that you nobly and faithfully serve and represent.

Let me, at least once, the mama of yesterday, of today, of all future eons, kiss your forehead, exhausted with worries about so many who ignore you, despise your efforts or even interpret you insanely… Let me just whisper to you what you can barely tolerate hearing, even in difficult moments like this one, with the sincere modesty that is so peculiar to you and, ironically, so little known to others:

It does not matter what they say, feel or think about you, mama…I know who you really are!

 Clear the passages to your soul. Do not fear your feelings. Let them flow freely, even if, after having allowed them to emerge into consciousness, you decide not to turn them into behavior.

The connection between the conscious and unconscious mind is fundamental for the fullness of the being. The mind is similar to an iceberg. The conscious part is a very small tip – which does not tell of the giant block of ice that lies below, underneath the water.

Try therapy, talking to friends, opening up to someone you fully trust, counseling with your spiritual mentor. In short: seek to reconnect with your deep self, by all means within your reach, externally speaking.

And above all, devote yourself to prayer, to meditation, to reflecting on serious subjects, to good spiritual reading, to anything that, in terms of internal attitudes, leads you to dive into the ocean of your most sacred waters, the psychic waters of your deep unconscious.

Deep down, after facing all the dragons and dangers – most of them imaginary – you will find the Light of God, shining with opportunities of being and of self-realization, just like the Discoverers of the Americas, who feared being swallowed by fearsome dragons, and, yet, after crossing the vastness of the oceans, found the New World…

You will discover your New World of unknown happiness, of unthinkable possibilities, of unimaginable growth for now. You cannot even imagine what is to come, of wonderful and grandiose nature, which the Divine Providence, in Its Infinite Love, has reserved for you.

Make your love as solid as a rock, as flexible as water, as vast as the sky and as deep as the ocean.

Do not impose limits or barriers onto what has no boundaries.

Every time you feel you are about to collapse, remember that there are new ways of nurturing love, be it in the anonymity of volunteer work, or in the tenderness of maternal love or in the warmth of a friendship.

Break the prejudices that bind you to the past, to outdated models, schemes and values, unsuitable to the complex, mutable, unpredictable modern realities. Everything advances. There are everlasting principles, such as integrity. How we express these in everyday life, however, varies according to people, culture, place and circumstances. It is the common sense, the lucidity and the maturity of every individual that gives them proper application.

If your heart asks you for something, do it. Not the impulse of desire or pleasure, which are not from the heart, but from the entrails. I speak of the soul’s enthusiasm for self-giving, for serving, and for overflowing onto the other, for the other. This is a sacred impulse, even if it does not come dressed up according to what social conventions proclaim as correct.

Jesus called the members of the Pharisee orthodox class hypocrites, for being more concerned with the appearances, with unrestricted and loyal obedience to rites, traditions, social rules and laws, but oblivious of the essential: their own heart and the wholeness of the soul of who does something for feeling sincerely compelled to it, and not to preserve customs. Do not want to be one of these who, as the Christ said, resemble whitewashed tombs: white on the outside but full of rot and plunder inside.

Love – sincerely, immeasurably and responsibly. And the rest shall indeed be added to you.

She was enveloped in light – She is and was Living Light – She  appeared to us once again, in the middle of the field, as a solar explosion that we could gaze at (without hurting our “spiritual retinas”) and receive within our own beings, impregnating us with Her luminous emanations. We moved closer (the same small group from the first Visit, myself included) and listened to Her brief words, which we partially reproduce here, in accordance with the interest and collective needs of the humankind living in today’s Earth:

“I am the Mother of the Earth. The planet needs a Mother metaphorically, psychologically and spiritually speaking. Violence of any kind, the various processes of degradation of modern women and men, and the aggravating competitiveness, which disrespects human dignity, demand a welcoming, cooperative and unifying inspiration.

God features a Maternal-Feminine Side – since She-He is The Absolute and contains all attributes and qualities knowable to the human mind, as well as an infinity of other predicates and powers outside the range of understanding of the psyche in the human level of consciousness. In this historic period of the earth’s civilization, the Figure of the Female Giving-Creator becomes especially needed, so that the emotional side of those at an average level of evolution is convinced of This Reality that offsets the disorders of communities and individuals, which are pathologically crystallized in the male psychosexual functions (because of their views that exclude the feminine).

In this manner, may every individual seek to experience the feeling of diving into the Infinite Goodness of the Great Cosmic Mother. May they favor the diminishing of the continuous tension caused by the inglorious fight for controlling events, oneself, and the future. This movement of openness to the Feminine-Divine does not imply any abandonment of personal responsibilities in the effort and in the realization of the individual and common good. May they find a balance between acting and being, between one’s inner flow (difficult enough to recognize and manage) and the imponderable Flow of ordinary and incidental occurrences, found in the existential path of people and societies of all natures and sizes, in very complex evolutional spiritual arrangements – thereby, imperceptible to those looking for linear signs of progress.

I am the Specular Psyche of the Maternal Nature of God for this ‘grain of dust’ in the Divine Creation. Those who wish to access the All-Loving Lady, through Me, are very welcome! I will be the Dispenser of Graces in Her Name. Pray, speaking to Her or to Me, according to your preference and idiosyncrasies, because, just as Jesus and The Father were and are One, The Mother and I are One.

Try to step out of the systematic dryness of feelings, pessimism, sorrow, malice and distrust, to conversely experience the disciplined exercise of love, optimism, motivation to live, trust in humanity and in the Power of Good.

Remember Me, and the Community of Mothers of Heaven. There are mothers in Heaven, dear friend! You are not alone! Focus on resolute action, be rational and realistic but do not give up hope, good will, and the spiritual practice of your liking, in the commitment to live the good in all areas of your life. However, we propose that the spiritual practice of your preference include the worship of ‘the Feminine’, inside and outside of yourself, so that you become a living vessel of the Never-Ending lovingness of the Being who is Eternal Love.”

You feel an inner pressure, as if your mind was a time bomb about to explode. However, when you are up against that, at least as a technique to relax and regain strength, we can tell you this: see life always through its positive side. Observe the numerous aspects of your existence that make you a happy person.

There are, indeed, many negative, hard, even hostile elements in the framework of your existential circumstances. However, they are all lessons to be assimilated and stimuli to be absorbed, towards higher levels of understanding of things, as well as life experiences of happiness. See the conflicting vectors of life – almost all of them – as parts of a magnificent piece of ballet. Every movement apparently opposite from other composes, actually, the subtle nuances of the beauty of the whole.

You are a dancer of life. More than that, you are also a choreographer, who composes, in partnership with the great Composer-Conductor of Life, an evolving storyline that will unfold: you co-produce, experience and create it a little at every moment. God offers you the stage and the music; you do the dance, the choreography of your existence, of your destiny, through the steps of every moment of choice, decision and use of your free will.

Do not be discouraged, my friend. Try to keep your rhythm in time with the melody of opportunities, events, so that, in the flow with the piece you perform and dance, you can make your performance fit perfectly with the body of work, embellishing it, magnifying it.

Yes, you have huge shortcomings. You will have, for a long time, to deal with the lack of mental flexibility that stiffens the joints of your soul in the great dance of creativity and flexibility, faced with the complex challenges that life offers you. However, be sure to present yourself as well as possible, with modest steps, but do not leave the stage because you are not the star of the party.

There are no stars, actually. There is only a constellation. The time it was thought that isolated individuals could make a difference is gone. Today, only with the idea of networks, teams, interconnections, it is possible to conceive power, durability and efficiency. See yourself then, happily, as a mere piece of the machinery, but a living piece, with autonomy and decision-making. And you`ll realize that by intuiting your exact place in the concert of things, you will be much happier and peaceful.

Every day is an opportunity to transcend oneself, not for a spectacular leap towards enlightenment but in little daily victories: a little gesture of kindness with a stranger that you’re not used to; smiling a little more than usual; more patience and tolerance with troubled people. Improving yourself a little every day is also an exercise of transcendence, even if it is not a spectacular quantum leap of inner quality.

Break the secrecy within yourself. A lot of people still keep lots of secrets from themselves, oblivious of the fact that one cannot lie to oneself. Explore the dark spots of your soul; make yourself aware of your most hidden weirdness, motivations and intentions. Do not be afraid to
face yourself as you really are. Only those who know themselves can outdo themselves. Only those who outdo themselves internally can in fact outdo externally. No one can be honest to others before being honest to oneself. Seek the essential coherence between your behavior and your genuine state of mind, and you’ll have more harmony, peace and balance. Trust yourself. And do not be afraid of what you find. There isn’t much pretty stuff to see inside you, but it is exactly by getting deeper into these studies, this visceral darkness, that you will be able to find the Light of God’s Presence, and all golden talents which can ease your happiness and success in every way.

Take your time listening to what your hearts asks you for: there may be hidden pearls waiting to be uncovered. The mystery of attraction holds precious opportunities of learning and growth. Falling in love, for instance, makes two very incompatible personalities, difficult to cope with each other, get close for a mutual enrichment, on the process of arranging different elements. The passion for an ideal, a profession or a kind of leisure have similar motivational roots. Desires, inclinations, wills and aspirations, everything is a disguised impulse to the evolutionary direction most needed in a certain moment of one’s background as a consciousness in a continuous process of development.

Take your homework of the school of evolution. In other words: enjoy your leisure time to grow. Do not take seriously only those moments when you are working or devoted to humanitarian services. Not only should one seek pleasant motivations at work, so that creativity and performance are greater, but also give relaxing moments a more serious character, since leisure time can represent a substantial advantage even in the job market. For instance, why spend so many hours watching TV, as the average citizen of the so-called developed countries, if at least part of this time can be invested on worthwhile reading or researches on the Internet? There are those that spend these leisure times destroying themselves, like parents that drink too much alcohol on weekends. And there are those that have fun investing on their potential, like teenagers that become virtual modern logic experts. Each one chooses his pleasure, and his fate.

You would really like to have the gift of hearing and seeing clearly the selfless Spiritual Guides. You miss your spiritual home in a way you can`t define and you would like, at least, to keep a close contact through extraordinary means with those who belong to your world. However, you notice your weak ability to hear them and your visual perceptions dull and limited exclusively to the physical world.

You cry, lonely, because you cannot go beyond your prayer and meditation in your painful moments. However, friendly arms hold you, offering you affection, help and assistance.

Do not despise the opportunity of being useful and acting on behalf of the good, despite your great loneliness. Remember that if you cannot directly perceive the Spiritual Guides, they exist nevertheless – just like the radio and TV waves in the air, around you, indifferent to your inability to notice their presence.

And lastly, remember that your merit is always greater when you interact with your disembodied friends only through intuition and inspiration, guided by the ideal of truly helping your neighbor. By doing that, you can count on Divine Providence, which will support your faltering steps.

If I could say in a few words what I think is essential, I would say: don’t forget the past, don’t be a prisoner of the past, learn with the past and move towards the future, enjoying every single opportunity in the present time to build your destiny. I know this sounds crazy, but it isn’t. Instead, it’s one of the most important paradoxes we need to profoundly understand in order to widely apply it to our lives.

I was an immigrant who went to the USA seduced by the American dream. I had a sports car, a big house and a beautiful blue eyed wife, which were everything I believed I had to conquer to be happy.

However, what I didn’t know at the time, was how much would cost my soul to try living the adventure of fate confronting my infantile desires. I sold my soul to the devil, as they say.

To abandon my country, my beloved ones, my culture, my language turned out to be my true entrance to hell. I didn’t know, in my youth, how much important it is for self-fulfillment to be honest with oneself and follow the path of the heart, of our personal beliefs, our noblest goals – those which don’t have links with the ego or self-concern, ironically.

In the end of my unfortunate trip to the nightmare, I died in my fifties, before a tragic divorce with the consummate hatred of my ex-wife and my three children, broken and depending on the charity of strangers to survive.

If you wish the same of what I stupidly wanted in my last life in the body, I warn you, with your best interests at heart: don’t do it. Immigrating to attend to a spiritual calling to study, work or absorb new values is a great act of braveness. But if you are motivated only by material passions, stop now and choose to educate your mind, launching yourself into a higher level of consciousness, learning to extract joy and happiness from your present life’s situation, fighting and working hard to change your fate in the very place you are now.

The human being always has the power to change him or her destiny, to rebuild him or her circumstances, with determination, humility and also by becoming a little bit of a maverick. This is not to think small, but exactly the opposite: this means to believe in yourself and in your folks to make a difference, without appealing to the achievements or ideals of other nations or individuals.

The sting of conscience is as important as the horse of passion and the reins of discipline. Complete control over the conduction of one own life’s car involves these three elements working in perfect harmony. Excess in one or another will make the arrival at destination more difficult. The arrival is defined by the coachman, who, representing the ideal and the reason, must know how to, appropriately, print speed and direction to the cariage, according to the windings of the route and the conditions of the road being used.
