Life is full of pleasant and unpleasant surprises, to awaken the not yet activated layers of psychic content and to elaborate conscience, toward even higher levels of lucidity and experience.

Let your life take unexpected routes, in the hands of Jesus. The Christ awaits your full trust of who knows to walk through paths defined by the Will of God. For that, however, do not disregard the fulfillment of your duties, every day.

Do not push your luck; yet do not refrain from counting with the flux of Life. Everything, in fact, as stated in Taoism, left by Lao Tzu, is a grand Flux, what the notable luminary Chinese called the Tao—which can, roughly, be translated into: path. Do your part, but remember that there is a higher Law-Conscience that underlies everything, that harvests efforts and gauges merits, continually, making the seeds of the initiatives in the goodness sprout and develop toward  maturity of events and results.

Every time, my child, that you run away from happiness, you run away from your own destiny. Not in the sense of seeking ephemeral pleasures, but rather in being on the path of the realization of your soul, which, in fact, brings you lasting and deep satisfaction. Think about it carefully and be aware when making choices, when making major decisions in your life and even in the small ones, of every day. Choose well-being: choose the path of your soul.

Eugênia-Aspásia.

Ethics, decency, morals are not empty words or dangerous abstractions, in an excessively competitive world. Only through the straightforward path of consciousness is it possible to be in tune with the level of excellence, of plenitude and of peace, in all existential departments.

Look at the steps of those who preceded you on the journey that you undertake today, and you will notice the important signs to take note of. It is not possible to build a secure future without a good understanding of the edifications of the past. The past is the foundation on which we erect, in the present, the building of future realizations.

Be practical and do not get lost with the trifles on your path. Laugh at yourself, but do not laugh at your job or at your family, or at your values and ideals. Remember that there is no point in cursing at the night, for the dawn has not yet arrived. Each thing has its own incubation time, and it behooves you, after having paid your dues, to wait patiently.

Religion—in its deepest sense, of genuine religiosity, of spirituality—is a great pathway for all of those who aspire to plenitude. Seek God, my friend, so that the Divine Providence connects you to the Forces of Life. Thus, you can enjoy the abundance in your existence, in every way. Assembly about dealing with the primitive within oneself.

There is no certainty in the mediumistic phenomenon, as there is none in the most legitimate intellectual experience, or in anything else in life. If you place the feet of your soul on the shaky ground of the creative experimentations of the processes of growth, development and individuation, you must not expect much clarity and definition. Thus, it is better to get yourself used to doubt, fear and discouragement, not all the time, but at least as frequent visitors of your mind.

Have faith in God. When all seems lost and hopeless to you, remind yourself of the Infinite Love, the Perfect Providence, and proceed in your path of ideal and love. Do not lose faith in yourself, despite the weakness that you identify in your soul. In the Hands of God, we can do anything.

Eugênia.

Your expressions of primitivism will be forgiven, to the extent that you compensate yourself, before the Laws of Life, by doing good to an even greater extent. Do not waste time blaming yourself: focus on working toward the extension of good to others. Who knows if it was not even to give you a greater stimulus to accomplish the best that the Divine Goodness has permitted you the experience of error?

Do you feel your soul leprous, because of the numerous flaws you find within it? Then, as the lepers of Capernaum, seek the Master and completely entrust yourself to Him, so that He can heal all the illnesses of your soul, making it arise to a new life.Oh!… your case seems to you even more serious, and you feel a complete failure, in the total death in the evil? Therefore, recall the dead resurrected by Jesus, and surrender yourself, even more confidently, to the beloved Rabbi of Galilee, and all your troubles will be relieved.

The Goodness of the Creator never closes the doors of repentance and reparation on the sinner. If you feel a rebel of the Divine Light, know that this is only an impression of yours. No one is irrevocably condemned, to anything, under the eyes of the Lord. The unbelievers are the ones who condemn themselves to cruel sufferings. Grant yourself, now, self-forgiveness and start a new life, with the purpose of correcting and compensating yourself for any wrongdoing you may have done, either by action or omission.

Be careful with obsessive behaviors and tendencies that block the creative processes, in the name of a false morality (moralism) that stanches the sources of productivity and of action toward good. Be an ethical, just and good heart, but never a pretentious puritan. Fanaticism and genuine religiosity do not go together. Choose your side and opt for happiness. You are animal, as much as you are spiritual—a complex combination of beast and angel. It is up to you to manage this fundamental conflict, in the course of evolutionary transition, recognizing, though, that it will not be now that the beast will transform itself, totally, into a sublime angel. The human being in you will still make a lot of regrettable mistakes. And, for a long time still, you will need the Hand of God to lift you up from the falls in which you will wallow in.

Temístocles.

The truth is only one, but it expresses itself in infinite ways. Do not tie yourself to collective or familial configurations of truth, in order to be accepted and loved. Yes, you should not be a foolish and irreverent rebel. Also, do not transform yourself into a demon of self-castration, in the name of being the despicable “nice person” that everyone pretends to love, yet no one, in fact, values. To be whole, righteous and authentic is to find your personal truth, even if bearing some contradictions and incoherencies, which can pass for lies, depending on the perspective of who evaluates them. However, never turn your back on your intuition regarding the best thing to do, with the intention of becoming “better,” in the hypothetical field of purifying vague virtues, usually according to a standard of moralistic conventions that does not always correspond to the transcendent truth of God.

Matheus-Anacleto.

How can you despise being happy? An ethic cannot make you bitter, or it is not an ethic, but optics… a distorted view. Discipline yourself, but do not trouble yourself. Try to make things right, but do not become a machine. The error is human! Even with all your efforts, you will still make mistakes, perhaps even worse types of errors, because you presume not to make them: this is arrogance, fanaticism, and tyranny. Thus, find the balance between accepting your human fallibility, without rendering yourself to your impulses; and between educating your animal nature, without suppressing it. It is not easy to find this ideal point, but even worse is to live in the extremes of decompensation.

Every day is an opportunity to transcend oneself, not for a spectacular leap towards enlightenment but in little daily victories: a little gesture of kindness with a stranger that you’re not used to; smiling a little more than usual; more patience and tolerance with troubled people. Improving yourself a little every day is also an exercise of transcendence, even if it is not a spectacular quantum leap of inner quality.

Brígida.

Break the secrecy within yourself. A lot of people still keep lots of secrets from themselves, oblivious of the fact that one cannot lie to oneself. Explore the dark spots of your soul; make yourself aware of your most hidden weirdness, motivations and intentions. Do not be afraid to
face yourself as you really are. Only those who know themselves can outdo themselves. Only those who outdo themselves internally can in fact outdo externally. No one can be honest to others before being honest to oneself. Seek the essential coherence between your behavior and your genuine state of mind, and you’ll have more harmony, peace and balance. Trust yourself. And do not be afraid of what you find. There isn’t much pretty stuff to see inside you, but it is exactly by getting deeper into these studies, this visceral darkness, that you will be able to find the Light of God’s Presence, and all golden talents which can ease your happiness and success in every way.

Take your time listening to what your hearts asks you for: there may be hidden pearls waiting to be uncovered. The mystery of attraction holds precious opportunities of learning and growth. Falling in love, for instance, makes two very incompatible personalities, difficult to cope with each other, get close for a mutual enrichment, on the process of arranging different elements. The passion for an ideal, a profession or a kind of leisure have similar motivational roots. Desires, inclinations, wills and aspirations, everything is a disguised impulse to the evolutionary direction most needed in a certain moment of one’s background as a consciousness in a continuous process of development.

Take your homework of the school of evolution. In other words: enjoy your leisure time to grow. Do not take seriously only those moments when you are working or devoted to humanitarian services. Not only should one seek pleasant motivations at work, so that creativity and performance are greater, but also give relaxing moments a more serious character, since leisure time can represent a substantial advantage even in the job market. For instance, why spend so many hours watching TV, as the average citizen of the so-called developed countries, if at least part of this time can be invested on worthwhile reading or researches on the Internet? There are those that spend these leisure times destroying themselves, like parents that drink too much alcohol on weekends. And there are those that have fun investing on their potential, like teenagers that become virtual modern logic experts. Each one chooses his pleasure, and his fate.
